What we collect when you enquire
If you complete our cash offer form we collect the property postcode and house number, your reason for selling, and your name, email address and phone number. We use these only to prepare your cash offer and contact you about it. The details are sent to our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel, which stores them on our behalf so our team can respond. We never sell your details or pass them to third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and the Meta pixel
When you accept cookies, this site loads a measurement tool operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (the Facebook and Instagram pixel). It records that your browser loaded this page so we can count visits and understand how well our advertising performs. Meta receives your IP address and browser information, and may use cookies on your device for this purpose. This is measurement only: we send Meta no information you type into the form, and no advertising identifiers are shared by us.
The pixel does not load at all until you accept. If you decline, or have not made a choice yet, no measurement cookies are set and no pageview is reported to Meta.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can accept or decline at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of this site. Declining stops future measurement straight away. Anything already measured before you changed your choice cannot be recalled. We keep a record of your choice, including when you made it and which version of this notice you saw.
How long we keep things
